F&B Attendant – Waiter/Waitress

About the role

Novotel World Trade Centre is seeking an experienced F&B Attendant to manage cash handling, POS operations, inventory, and support special events. The role demands adaptability, pro‑activity and strong teamwork to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders and relay them accurately to kitchen or bar staff.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Assist in setting up dining rooms or banquet halls for events.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and provide courteous resolutions.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials.
• Process payments, handle cash and operate POS systems.
• Support inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Participate in training programs and help train new team members.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
