F&B Manager (Freelance)

About the role

LINKVIVA, an events and experience agency founded in 2003, is looking for an F&B Manager for a freelance role. You will lead the curation, management and delivery of food and beverage experiences across its projects, sourcing and managing a diverse portfolio of vendors so that culinary offerings match each event's concept, audience and objectives. The role is hands-on and involves strong commercial management.

Key responsibilities

• Curate and manage a portfolio of F&B vendors aligned with event concepts and audiences
• Build relationships with food trucks, cafés, caterers and hospitality partners
• Lead vendor sourcing, onboarding and contracting, and negotiate commercial terms
• Ensure vendors meet health, safety and compliance standards
• Oversee food quality, presentation and service, and promote a wide range of dietary options
• Manage on-site operations, including vendor setup and service flow
• Use data, feedback and insights to improve future experiences
• Work with internal teams to align F&B strategy with overall event delivery

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in F&B management, hospitality or event environments
• Proven experience in vendor management and F&B operations
• Strong network of F&B vendors within the UAE
• Knowledge of UAE health, safety and food regulations
• Fluent English, spoken and written; Arabic is an advantage
• Based in the UAE or open to relocation
