F&B Server – Russian Speaker

About the role

The Fairmont Ajman is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Server who can communicate fluently in Russian. You will deliver warm, attentive service to Russian‑speaking guests, ensuring their dining experience meets the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Provide personalized food and beverage service throughout the dining experience.
• Communicate confidently in Russian, understanding guest preferences and special requests.
• Present menus, explain offerings, and make recommendations as needed.
• Take and accurately process orders, relaying dietary requirements to kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining service standards.
• Keep service areas, tables, and equipment clean and organized.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including mise‑en‑place and replenishment.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and stewarding to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written Russian.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
