F&B Service Assistant

About the role

Our Guest Service Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their meal.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables and arrange dining settings according to standards.
• Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tables, and service supplies.
• Ensure a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards and maintain professional uniform and appearance.
• Move around the service area, standing, walking on uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.
• Read and visually verify menu information, managing the menu accurately.
• Lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
