F&B Service Assistant

About the role

The Guest Service Expert in our Food & Beverage outlet is responsible for delivering a memorable dining experience that goes beyond simply serving meals. You will set tables, coordinate with the kitchen, interact with guests, and maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to company policies, uniform standards and quality guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, linens and tableware according to brand standards.
• Communicate guest orders, special requests and menu information clearly to the kitchen team.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, attend to guest needs and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, replenish supplies and keep the service station organized.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (or 50 lb with assistance), reaching overhead and moving across uneven surfaces.
• Follow safety procedures, uphold quality standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience; no supervisory experience required.
