About the role
The Guest Service Expert in our All Day Dining Kitchen Six will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and supporting seamless kitchen operations.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including handling supplies and equipment.
- Assist guests with menu information, answer questions, and ensure a pleasant dining atmosphere.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance, and moving around the service area safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
