Front Office Manager

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office Department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Assistant Front Office Manager, Duty Managers, Supervisors and Front Office Agents.
• Oversee Telecommunications and Business Centre operations.
• Ensure a warm and genuine arrival and departure experience for guests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date Front Office information on rates, promotions and hotel details.
• Monitor daily Fan of MO sign‑up targets and drive performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel or business management (advantageous).
• Minimum 3 years experience in a luxury hotel environment, preferably in the Middle East.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional language a plus.
• Ability to foster teamwork, handle conflicts and pay attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PSMS property management system (advantageous).
