About the role
The Guest Service Expert in our Arabic Specialty Restaurant creates memorable dining experiences for guests, handling everything from table setting to communication with the kitchen and ensuring a clean work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, serve guests, and maintain a clean and organized service area.
- Communicate orders and special requests between guests and kitchen staff.
- Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and work on varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
