About the role
The Guest Service Expert will create memorable dining experiences for guests at our breakfast and brunch restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
- Maintain clean work areas, handle supplies, and ensure proper presentation of food and beverages.
- Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance) while standing, walking, or navigating uneven surfaces.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and uphold uniform and appearance standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
