About the role

Guest Service Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with and serve guests.
- Clean work areas and supplies, manage menu information, and handle transactions as part of the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, uphold quality standards, and present a professional appearance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Read and visually verify menu information.
- Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 lb unassisted and up to 50 lb with assistance.
