F&B Service Expert – Dubai

About the role

The Guest Service Expert (F&B Service Expert) at Sheraton The Walk Dubai creates memorable dining experiences for guests. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring every interaction—from seating to bill settlement—enhances the overall stay.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, service stations, and dining equipment.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
• Uphold uniform standards, personal appearance, and professional communication.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below knee level.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and meet the physical demands of the role.
• Willingness to follow company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
