About the role
As an F&B Service Expert at Marriott Hotels & Resorts in Dubai, you will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive service and ensuring a safe, clean work environment. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to guarantee that every meal is enjoyed seamlessly.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies, and service stations.
- Stand, walk, and move continuously, handling uneven or slippery surfaces safely.
- Read and verify menu information, ensuring accurate order delivery.
- Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
