About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, managing tables, and coordinating with the kitchen. This role involves continuous interaction with guests to ensure their meals are enjoyable from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, maintain clean work areas, and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Communicate orders to the kitchen, serve guests, and handle billing transactions.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and work on varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
Required skills
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Physical capability to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, and stoop while performing duties.
