About the role
The Guest Service Expert – Hostess will create memorable dining experiences for guests at an all‑day restaurant in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth service from seating to bill.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests, manage reservations and waiting lists.
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and ensure a safe workplace.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and uphold quality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate uneven surfaces.
