F&B Service Expert

About the role

As an F&B Service Expert at Al Maha, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa, you will create memorable dining experiences for guests in a unique desert setting. You will be responsible for delivering attentive service, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring all guest interactions reflect the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and attend to guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any special requests or dietary needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, set tables according to event standards, and manage cash transactions using the MICROS system.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and handle any service issues promptly.
• Perform end‑of‑shift duties such as counting cash, completing cashier reports, and securing the workstation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in food and beverage service or a related hospitality role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment and maintain professional appearance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MICROS or a similar point‑of‑sale system.
