About the role
As a Guest Service Expert at Marriott, you will create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive food and beverage service. You will work closely with the kitchen and guests, ensuring every meal feels like part of a unique hospitality journey.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation for guests.
- Communicate orders and special requests between guests and the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, providing attentive service throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle menu items, verify information, and assist guests with menu queries.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Less than one year of related food and beverage service experience.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead.
