About the role
The Guest Service Expert for Room Service at Le Méridien in Dubai delivers memorable food and beverage experiences to guests, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
- Maintain clean work areas and supplies, handling food and beverage items safely.
- Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and navigate varied surfaces.
- Read and verify menu information, ensuring accurate order delivery.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks safely.
