F&B Service Expert – Waiter/Waitress at Pool Bar

About the role

Join Westin Hotels & Resorts as a Food & Beverage Service Expert at the pool bar in Dubai Marina. You will create memorable dining experiences for guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s high standards of service and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, chairs, and dining areas according to service standards.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve meals and drinks, and respond to special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area, replenish supplies, and ensure a tidy work environment.
• Handle menu items, verify orders, and manage transactions as part of the guest experience.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, walking on varied surfaces, and lifting items up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
