F&B Service Expert (Waiter/Waitress)

About the role

The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role is essential to ensuring guests enjoy their meals and leave with a lasting impression.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables, arrange settings, and ensure the dining area is ready for guests.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen staff.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to their needs promptly.
• Clean work areas, restock supplies, and maintain hygiene standards throughout the shift.
• Follow company policies, uphold quality standards, and contribute to a safe workplace.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and navigate uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience in food and beverage service.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
