About the role
Join Le Meridien as a Guest Service Expert, delivering memorable dining experiences by serving food and drinks, setting tables, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, maintain work areas and supplies.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen and serve guests promptly.
- Move, lift and carry items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking and bending for extended periods.
- Follow company policies, uphold quality standards and maintain a professional appearance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
