About the role
Mina's Kitchen in Dubai Marina is hiring a full-time F&B Service Expert (waiter/waitress). The role goes beyond simply serving food and drinks: Guest Service Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services so that guests enjoy their meal, from setting tables and communicating with the kitchen to serving guests and cleaning work areas and supplies.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen and serve guests
- Clean work areas and supplies
- Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information
- Follow company policies and procedures and uphold quality standards
- Keep the workplace safe and present a professional appearance and communication style
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Less than 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods and move over sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces
- Able to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds unassisted and 50 pounds with assistance, and to reach overhead and below the knees
