F&B Service Expert (Waiter/Waitress) – Spanish Speaker Preferred

About the role

The Westin Hotels & Resorts in Dubai Marina is seeking enthusiastic Guest Service Experts to join the Food & Beverage team. As a waiter or waitress you will create memorable dining experiences for guests, ensuring every interaction—from setting the table to delivering the bill—feels seamless and personalized.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, linens, and dining accessories according to service standards.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timing of food and beverage delivery.
• Greet, serve, and attend to guests throughout their meal, responding to requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area, workstations, and supplies.
• Handle menus, verify items, and assist guests with menu questions.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and navigating uneven surfaces safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical duties safely.
