F&B Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor ensures guest satisfaction by overseeing prompt, courteous service and managing the F&B team at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise prompt and courteous delivery of all restaurant and room service orders.
• Assist guests during shifts with serving, seating, and communication with the kitchen.
• Open and close shifts following the manager’s checklist.
• Train staff and enforce Anantara service standards.
• Execute revenue and check control procedures.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Manage schedules, floor plans, reservations and resolve daily operational issues.
• Ensure quality product is served and associate uniform standards are met.
• Oversee repair and maintenance program through work orders and inspections.
• Handle associate relations such as scheduling and time adjustments.
