About the role
The Ritz-Carlton is hiring a full-time Guest Service Support Expert (Host / Hostess) for its Arabic restaurant in Dubai. The role supports food and beverage operations so that guests receive a smooth, memorable dining experience, from setting tables and assisting the kitchen to cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables and assist the kitchen during service.
- Clean work areas and replenish supplies.
- Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information.
- Deliver a wide range of guest-facing services while keeping the workplace safe and following company policies and quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience required; previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods and move over sloping or uneven surfaces.
- Able to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds unassisted and 50 pounds with assistance, and to reach overhead and below the knees.
