About the role
The Guest Service Support Expert (Runner) assists the Latin American restaurant in delivering a memorable food and beverage experience. The role involves setting tables, supporting the kitchen, maintaining clean work areas, and ensuring supplies are stocked.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables for guests.
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and service.
- Clean and sanitize work areas throughout the shift.
- Replenish supplies and monitor inventory levels.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
- Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required; food‑and‑beverage experience preferred.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks safely.
