About the role
Build upon your classroom studies through our Hotel Internship Program at Al Wathba, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa in Abu Dhabi. As a University Intern in Food & Beverage, you will gain first‑hand experience of hotel operations, learn the fundamentals of F&B service, and be immersed in Marriott’s culture and business practices. This role is designed for current college or university students who want to explore a career in hospitality and develop practical skills in a world‑class resort environment. You will rotate through various F&B outlets, observe daily service procedures, and support the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The internship provides a comprehensive view of the department, from back‑of‑house operations to front‑of‑house service, allowing you to apply academic knowledge in a real‑world setting. Upon completion, you will be better prepared to pursue full‑time opportunities in the hospitality industry.
