Female Lifeguard – Al Wadi, Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated female lifeguard to join the Al Wadi pool team at The Ritz‑Carlton, Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves ensuring the safety of guests while creating a welcoming and enjoyable pool environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor swimmers and intervene promptly using appropriate rescue techniques.
• Identify hazardous conditions, unsafe activities, and guests in distress.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations and communicate them to guests.
• Provide first‑aid assistance and support until emergency services arrive.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, towels, and surrounding areas.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
• Assist guests with disabilities and ensure a respectful guest experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Female candidate, able to work full‑time onsite.
• Ability to stand, walk, or jog for extended periods and lift up to 50 kg unassisted.
• Willingness to undergo safety training and maintain certifications.

Required skills

• Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
