Field Merchandiser

About the role

Al Boom Marine is seeking a Field Merchandiser to represent Insta360 across assigned retail partners in Dubai. The role ensures products are available, correctly displayed, priced, and ready for customer demonstrations while supporting retailer staff and providing feedback to the tech business team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute merchandising standards, visual display guidelines, and planograms across assigned stores.
• Monitor stock levels, identify out‑of‑stock items, and coordinate replenishment with store teams.
• Conduct regular store visits, audit displays, and submit photos and reports.
• Check demo units for power, connectivity, and functionality, reporting any issues.
• Support store teams with product launches, promotions, and staff training on key features.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple store locations.
• Flexibility to support weekend or promotional events.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with mobile reporting tools.
