Field Sales & Business Development Account Executive

About the role

Join Dubizzle, a leading classified platform in the UAE, as a Field Sales & Business Development Account Executive. You will work directly with used‑car dealers, helping them grow revenue through our financing, insurance, and evaluation services.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of dealer partners, maintaining strong relationships and regular engagement.
• Identify upsell opportunities and pitch financing, insurance, and car‑evaluation services to existing partners.
• Drive adoption of service bundles that increase partner penetration and generate commission revenue.
• Onboard new partners, provide training on the platform, and ensure smooth integration.
• Monitor partner performance, analyse trends, and take proactive steps to optimise outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, product, and support teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• 2‑5 years of experience in sales, account management or business development, preferably in automotive, fintech, SaaS or insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven B2B relationship track record.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Results‑driven mindset comfortable with target‑oriented roles.
