Field Sales Executive – Automotive

About the role
The Field Sales Executive will manage sales and customer relationships for automotive parts in the Jebel Ali area, driving revenue and margin growth.
Key responsibilities
- Visit customers regularly, prepare visit reports and ensure outstanding payments are controlled.
- Achieve and exceed sales and gross‑margin targets, sell aged stock according to SOPs.
- Maintain enquiry tracking, prepare loss‑sale reports and supply materials following credit policies.
- Monitor competitor activities, update management and adjust pricing to meet margin objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs and manage incentive schemes.
Required profile
- Graduate or post‑graduate degree in a relevant field.
- Proven B2B sales experience in automotive parts, strong financial and market knowledge.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to plan, organize and persevere in task‑oriented roles.
Required skills
- Sales skills in automotive parts industry.
- Analytical skills for market and financial analysis.
