Field Service Technicians & Engineers for Process Industries

About the role

Servana is seeking experienced field service technicians and engineers to join its global network serving process industries. The role involves providing on‑site maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for a wide range of industrial equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical maintenance on process equipment.
• Execute instrumentation, control, automation, PLC/SCADA programming, and system integration tasks.
• Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, and root‑cause analysis.
• Support industrial commissioning, startup, and technical troubleshooting for pumps, valves, heat exchangers, separators, centrifuges, packaging lines, HVAC, boilers, utilities, and water‑treatment systems.
• Collaborate with customers to deliver reliable solutions and maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of industrial field service experience.
• Technical education or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in process industries such as food & beverage, dairy, utilities, water treatment, or packaging.
• English language skills preferred; OEM certifications are a plus.
