Field Services Specialist

About the role

The Field Services Specialist will support Nawah Energy Company during planned outage periods by managing and administering service contracts. The role ensures that all contractual commitments are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with Nawah’s policies and values.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in contract management activities to protect Nawah’s interests during preparation, implementation and execution of outage‑related contracts.
• Track contract milestones and schedules, ensuring timely start‑up, invoicing, payments, charge‑backs and release orders.
• Verify fulfillment of contract obligations, including insurances, guarantees, bonds, receipt and acceptance of goods/services, and dispute resolution.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage non‑performance records, and oversee contract close‑outs and extensions.
• Align contract performance with the Nawah Way and AT‑SITE values and document lessons learned for outage excellence.
• Coordinate with Contract Performance Management to ensure comprehensive coverage of all required activities.
• Provide advice and support to contract owners, project managers, SMEs and end‑users on contractual matters.

Required profile

• Ability to participate in contract management activities throughout outage periods.
• Experience supporting monitoring of contract development and milestone tracking.
• Capability to ensure contract compliance during start‑up, invoicing and release order processes.
• Skill in verifying contract responsibilities, guarantees, and supplier performance.
• Commitment to documenting lessons learned and aligning actions with Nawah Way and AT‑SITE values.
