About the role
We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations in Business Bay, Dubai. The role focuses on compliance, VAT filing, corporate tax, and financial analysis while supporting strategic business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring accurate P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting.
- Manage intercompany reconciliations, group cash‑flow optimization, budgeting, forecasting and MIS reporting.
- Oversee internal and external audits, tax returns, VAT compliance and corporate tax filings.
- Supervise the finance team, coordinate ERP activities and resolve accounting disputes and refunds.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of UAE finance and accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT, corporate tax and compliance.
- Detail‑oriented with proven ability to lead finance teams and manage complex reporting cycles.

- QuickBooks proficiency.
