About the role
The Finance and Accounts Manager will ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with UAE regulations for Aster Hospitals Head Office. This role leads month‑end closures, audits and tax filings.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain General Ledger, perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and oversee month‑, quarter‑ and year‑end closing activities.
- Coordinate statutory, internal and group audits, provide schedules and implement audit recommendations.
- Prepare and file UAE VAT returns, manage VAT audits and respond to tax queries.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax regulations, prepare tax computations, provisions and support tax audits.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting and tax compliance.
Required skills
- Knowledge of IFRS and Group accounting policies.
- Experience with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance.
- Audit coordination and internal control monitoring.
