About the role

Join the Healthcare & Life Sciences Pre‑Sales Centre of Excellence at Oracle. The Solution Engineer will support complex Finance & EPM opportunities for customers across the Middle East, combining deep industry knowledge with Oracle Fusion Applications expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Support and drive complex Finance & EPM opportunities, using Health & Life Sciences expertise to recommend innovative solutions.
• Present and articulate the value of Oracle SaaS Finance solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent Oracle as a trusted advisor through workshops, customer engagements and events.
• Partner with Sales teams throughout the sales cycle to articulate business value and overcome obstacles.
• Continuously develop skills across Oracle SaaS ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX.

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to drive complex opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Innovative, solution‑oriented thinking and strong collaboration skills.
• Minimum 12 years of pre‑sales or solution consulting experience and a bachelor’s degree.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
