About the role

Join Konsalidon’s finance team in Abu Dhabi to support portfolio analysis, financial KPI reporting, and asset‑management activities. You will play a key role in deal support for new investment opportunities and contribute to budgeting, business planning, and cash‑flow forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver insightful management reports on portfolio performance.
• Assist in valuation of investments and conduct financial modelling.
• Support budgeting processes, business‑plan development, and monthly cash‑flow forecasts.
• Collaborate with the asset‑management team to monitor returns and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis for new deals and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably from a Big 4 audit firm.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, ACA, ACMA) or CFA.
• Strong knowledge of management reporting, budgeting and valuation techniques.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint for creating executive presentations.
• Advanced Excel for data compilation, aggregation and financial modelling.
• Valuation and budgeting expertise.
• Management reporting proficiency.
