Finance Associate (UAE National)

Key responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and closing activities.
• Analyze financial results, trends, variances, costs, and business performance.
• Support preparation of management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations.
• Assist Finance teams with accounting, reconciliations, financial controls, and reporting requirements.
• Work with business and functional teams to collect, validate, and analyze financial information.
• Support commercial and operational Finance activities, including profitability and cost analysis.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation, and Finance transformation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate financial data and documentation in line with company policies and governance requirements.
• Support compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects and other Finance initiatives based on business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with early‑career finance experience.
• Good analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• English proficiency; Arabic is an advantage.
