Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will lead the finance function for the UAE entity, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and effective decision support. You will own the finance operating rhythm, working capital, cash governance, and financial risk management while partnering closely with commercial and operations leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with proper accounting treatment and estimates.
• Lead financial planning and forecasting cycles, including monthly forecasts, annual operating plans, and long‑range planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data‑driven insights for disciplined decision‑making.
• Partner with commercial and operations teams to translate business drivers into financial plans and monitor performance against targets.
• Drive cost discipline, productivity initiatives, and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Identify, assess, and manage financial risks such as credit, FX, compliance, and operational risks.
• Build and develop a high‑performing finance team, fostering a culture of performance, ethics, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements, statutory reporting, and corporate policies while strengthening internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years progressive finance experience with leadership responsibility in a country or entity finance role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Demonstrated high integrity, analytical thinking, and ability to perform under pressure.
