Finance Coordinator

About the role

As a Finance Coordinator in the finance office of Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, you will support finance operations while delivering the hospitality experience that makes every guest stay memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute written correspondences for the Director of Finance.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the proper desk within the department.
• Assist with meeting minutes, scheduling appointments and other memos.
• Send copies of various reports to 4Ds, Managing Director and Owning Company.
• Prepare payment transfer bank letters for Owners’ Return, Management Fee, Affiliated Fee.
• Liaise with banks, government entities and relevant suppliers regarding enquiries.
• Prepare documentation for ordering supplies for the department.
• Prepare monthly attendance for the Finance department.
• Compile financial data and create graphs as requested.
• Control distribution of SIM cards from Du and Etisalat for new connections.
• Send the Capital Retirement from the hotel to the Owning Company.
• Assist the office with other administrative duties as required.
