About the role

Join Oracle Health & Life Sciences' Pre‑Sales Centre of Excellence in the UAE, supporting customers across the Middle East. You will combine deep finance and EPM knowledge with Oracle Fusion technology to help healthcare and life‑science organisations transform their back‑office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support and drive complex Finance & EPM opportunities, shaping solution roadmaps and demonstrating business value.
• Present Oracle SaaS Finance solutions to internal and external stakeholders, articulating ROI and strategic benefits.
• Act as a trusted advisor by delivering workshops, demos, and events that showcase current and emerging product capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales teams throughout the sales cycle to translate customer requirements into clear, value‑led solutions.
• Stay current with modern demonstration techniques, competitive landscape, and AI capabilities within Oracle Fusion Applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) with at least 12 years of pre‑sales or solution‑consulting experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, resilience, and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
