Finance & EPM Applications Pre‑Sales Solution Engineer

About the role

Oracle’s Health & Life Sciences Pre‑Sales Centre of Excellence is looking for a Finance & EPM Applications Pre‑Sales Solution Engineer based in the UAE. The role supports customers across the Middle East, combining customer‑facing engagements, regional collaboration and office work in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Support and drive complex Finance & EPM opportunities, using Health & Life Sciences expertise to recommend innovative solutions.
• Present and articulate the value of Oracle SaaS Finance solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent Oracle as a trusted advisor through workshops, customer engagements and industry events.
• Partner with Sales teams throughout the sales cycle to convey business value and overcome obstacles.
• Continuously develop knowledge of Oracle SaaS ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM and CX and stay current with modern demonstration techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 12 years of pre‑sales or solution‑consulting experience.
• Advanced, hands‑on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM Finance, including AI capabilities.
• Experience designing enterprise architectures using Oracle Fusion Applications or comparable platforms.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; willingness to travel across the Middle East.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration and emotional‑intelligence skills.
