Finance Executive

About the role

The Finance Executive is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role supports the finance function of a real‑estate development company by delivering accurate reporting, analysis and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and review financial statements and oversee financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and analyse financial performance.
• Prepare management reports and ensure compliance with GST and other tax regulations.
• Assist internal controls, audit requirements and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with project and management teams to provide financial insights for real‑estate investments and operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA or CMA (mandatory).
• Prior UAE experience in real‑estate development or construction.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Expertise in financial statements and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience with ERP or accounting software.
