Finance & Insurance Advisor – Dubai/Abu Dhabi

About the role

Al Tayer Motors, a premium luxury automotive retailer in the UAE, is seeking a Finance and Insurance Advisor to sell and administer F&I products, supporting finance and insurance penetration targets on the showroom floor.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out F&I procedures to meet monthly targets for new finance, insurance, and renewal insurance.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable F&I options and provide complete information for informed decisions.
• Liaise with sales departments to ensure all retail customers receive quoted F&I options before deal closure.
• Prepare quotations, file records appropriately, and ensure customers understand contract terms, exclusions and benefits.
• Collect required proofs for supporting banks, secure credit lines before vehicle release, and reconcile commissions daily.
• Maintain detailed records of each deal, monitor commission, referral type, funding source and conversion rates.
• Provide periodic reports on salesperson F&I penetration and referral grades to showroom/sales manager.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline or automotive vocational qualification.
• 3–4 years solid experience in car sales, finance or insurance within the motor industry or GCC market.
• Strong attention to detail, process‑driven mindset and efficient planning and organizing skills.
• Pleasant personality with ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
