Finance Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Al Manara Holding is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance and accounting functions in Abu Dhabi. The role offers the chance to shape financial strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and support senior leadership with actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all finance and accounting operations, including AP, AR, and general ledger.
• Prepare budgets, financial statements, forecasts, and cash‑flow reports.
• Monitor financial performance, operational costs, and profitability.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain strong banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication abilities.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Financial reporting and analysis.
• Budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of UAE financial and tax regulations.
