Finance Manager – Abu Dhabi (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function for a leading EPC team in Abu Dhabi. The role will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management for oil & gas and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Oversee project accounting and financial controls for oil & gas/construction operations.
• Manage month‑ and year‑end closing, audits, statutory compliance, VAT and corporate tax reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate reporting and data integrity through SAP.
• Prepare management reports and support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• CA or ACCA qualified (MBA/M.Com/B.Com not sufficient).
• Minimum 8 years of finance experience with solid managerial exposure.
• Proven experience in UAE oil & gas or construction/EPC finance.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP in a UAE‑based company.
