Finance Manager – Accounting & Treasury

About the role

The Finance Manager (Accounting) will lead the accounting, cash management, tax and audit functions for Plaza Premium Group’s locations in the UAE, ensuring compliance with International Accounting Standards and local GAAP.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, audited accounts, VAT returns and corporate tax filings in line with statutory deadlines.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, intercompany invoicing and general ledger postings.
• Manage cash collections, petty cash, bank relationships and treasury activities, including fund transfers and cash flow forecasting.
• Coordinate tax compliance, audit processes and liaise with external consultants and auditors.
• Support procurement, cost control and OPEX/CAPEX approvals, ensuring alignment with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Management.
• At least 5 years of finance experience, including 3 years in the GCC handling full‑set accounting, tax and audit.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
