Finance Manager - Corporate Services (FP&A)

About the role

Al-Futtaim, a diversified private group based in Dubai with operations in more than 20 countries, is hiring a Finance Manager for its Corporate Division. The role leads Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and acts as a finance business partner, covering budget preparation, forecasting, management reporting, cost allocations and performance insights. It works closely with Group Finance, business divisions and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for the Corporate and GTDP function, consolidate divisional inputs, challenge assumptions and align plans with Group strategy
• Maintain forecast accuracy within an agreed tolerance (e.g. 5% of actuals) and complete cost allocations using the approved model
• Deliver monthly MIS and P&L reporting, variance analysis and commentary on drivers, risks and opportunities
• Publish monthly MIS and CFO/CTO dashboards and develop automated, self-service dashboards
• Prepare bi-weekly cash flow forecasts, analyse cash variances and support cash planning
• Analyse cost drivers and profitability, drive cost optimisation and improve recovery and utilisation rates
• Drive automation of planning and reporting using SAP, Power BI and data platforms, and act as a business partner to leadership

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in financial control and management
• Strong accounting, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
