Finance Manager – Financial Control

About the role

The Finance team at Revolut drives clarity and confidence across the business. As a Finance Manager you will ensure accurate financial and crypto reporting, maintain robust controls, and support local leadership in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly accounts in Oracle NetSuite ERP in accordance with IFRS.
• Coordinate month‑end closing, balance‑sheet substantiation and external audit for the UAE entity.
• Analyse financial performance, risks and key metrics for local leadership.
• Develop and monitor a strong control environment, delivering process improvements and automation.
• Ensure timely tax compliance and accurate filing with local regulators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and CPA or CA qualification.
• 7+ years of finance and controlling experience, preferably in a fast‑growing organisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with a logical, problem‑solving approach.
• Hands‑on experience with IFRS, financial reporting and month‑end close processes.

Required skills

• Oracle NetSuite (ERP) proficiency.
• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS standards.
