Finance Manager (Hindi speaker)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager who is fluent in Hindi to join a well‑established, diversified UAE‑based group. This senior, commercially focused position works closely with the Group CFO and senior leadership to drive financial performance and strengthen governance across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Group CFO and senior leadership on strategic, financial, commercial and governance matters.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑term business‑planning processes for all group entities.
• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, consolidated reports, executive dashboards and board‑level presentations.
• Analyse performance versus budgets and forecasts, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop financial models, feasibility studies, scenario analyses and investment appraisals for key decisions.
• Oversee cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity planning, working capital, collections and payment cycles.
• Support banking, funding, investment and shareholder‑related financial decisions.
• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, delegation‑of‑authority and approval frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, transfer pricing and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings and respond to auditor or regulator queries.
• Review contracts, pricing proposals, investments, partnerships and expansion plans from a financial and risk perspective.
• Drive improvements in ERP systems, reporting tools, data quality and finance automation.
• Lead, mentor and develop finance teams across the group.

Required profile

• Chartered qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or CMA) – mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least five years in a finance leadership role.
• Proven experience working closely with a CFO, CEO, board or shareholders.
• Strong exposure to multi‑entity, diversified or group‑level operations.
• Hands‑on experience across reporting, FP&A, treasury, audit, taxation, internal controls and commercial finance.
• Practical UAE/GCC experience, especially with UAE Corporate Tax and VAT, is highly preferred.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills, with confidence presenting at board level.
