Finance Manager Interim

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager on an interim basis to lead financial operations for a Dubai-based industrial and manufacturing organisation. The role will support strategic decision-making and ensure robust financial control during a six-month fixed-term assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance to sustain growth.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Develop and implement financial controls and procedures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting and finance team.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with organisational objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Immediate availability.
• Experience in the African market.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of financial management and reporting practices.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts and cash flow.
• Experience ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
